All reseller hosting accounts have a 45 day money back guarantee for the hosting portion of the invoice. This starts at service delivery (ie, when you sign up). If you are unhappy, please open a ticket with us and we will investigate your server for refund eligiblity. If we don't find any traces of abuse or spamming, we'll be happy to issue a refund within the first 10 days. If we do find evidence of abuse or spamming, you will not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, too many spammers sign up for VPS's and then abuse the service and ask for a refund. For that reason, we have to place restrictions on these refunds.
Licenses are not refundable.
Private Support (for resellers)
This is fully refundable if you decide to cancel your reseller service within 45 days. However, it is not refundable if you didn't get any support requests and there is no rollover.
Disqualifications for refund eligibility (regardless of service type):
- Filing a charge back with PayPal or your credit card company will void your refund eligibility. You must discuss your issue with us prior to opening a case with PayPal. We will inform PayPal of this during the case process and it will be defaulted in our favor.
- We can't offer refunds for SSL certificates, dedicated servers, or domain names. In those cases, the sales are final.
How to get a refund:
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your refund request. We will promptly confirm your request to terminate the service and will issue a refund. Please note that when you cancel your service, the service is indeed removed from our network. Please have a backup of your site downloaded when you place your refund request.
